Classic & Sports Finance are delighted to partner with The Daniel Ricciardo Series, a dedicated one make karting championship, designed to get young people on track and forge their motorsport careers.
The Daniel Ricciardo Series is an exclusive one-make karting series for 2 stroke Ricciardo racing karts supported by F1 driver Daniel Ricciardo.
Karting can be an expensive and a complicated sport at times with many different karting brands and formula’s available. It’s often confusing for new kart drivers to understand and access the sport of karting and the costs involved can be prohibitive to many.
Always in touch with his karting roots, Daniel recognised the importance to keep karting fun, low cost and accessible. More importantly he wanted to create a bespoke kart racing series based on a level playing field with the racing kart / engine design fixed and with the emphasis focused on a driver’s ability and raw talent.
The ethos of the series delivers a fair but very competitive racing series and all delivered at an affordable and sustainable cost. The series features three classes, DRS62 for 7-12 year olds, DRS100 for 11-16 year olds and DRS125 for 15 years and over. To be eligible to enter the series, you must own and purchase a DRS Ricciardo kart suitable for your age range. This kart will be registered to you and you are the only person able to race that kart in the Daniel Ricciardo Series and each season consists of 8 rounds and some of the UKs best karting circuits.
We are always supportive of motorsport and are delighted to help young people get on track at grass roots level, making motorsport accessible to a wider audience. We can offer finance packages for the purchase of a Ricciardo Kart and also the wider costs involved including such as transporters or trailers.
